After spending 10 years owning and managing a sporting goods retail store, Mic entered the lending business. “Given the chance to join the mortgage industry in 1999, I saw a great opportunity to take the customer service skills developed during my retail years and apply them to individuals seeking ethical help in financing their homes,” states Hayes.
Mic has over 6 years experience in the lending business both managing and working as a loan officer.

Brian has proudly offered home financing for more than 4 years in the Central Iowa area. He prides himself on a customer-first philosophy. “Making sure that the customer understands the process and has no surprises is very important to me,” said Brian. Brian’s lending experience has covered all ranges of loan types from purchases to refinances, excellent credit to poor credit, and first-time homebuyers to customers buying their dream home.
Before getting started in the mortgage industry, Brian was also a teacher and coach in the Central Iowa area.
